Here's another, but this one has some humour in it.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------

    Forest Chump

If you go down to the woods in rhyme you're sure of a musing smile sometime!

The day it dawns clear, let's go hunting deer
In the forest you say to yourself
Your horn you will hoot, your arrows you'll shoot
And the walk will be good for your health

So you get out of bed and start scratching your head
Even though you are barely awake
Then it's out of the door as your stomach shouts 'More'
Soon your breakfast you're starting to make

When the eating is done, you get out your gun
To polish and fill it with ammo
Run your hand down the barrel, put on your apparel
You soon look resplendent in camo

You shoulder your pack and without looking back
You start out on your great adventure
It's off to the wood in your camouflaged hood
With designer tag right in the centre

The bow in your hand is the colour of sand
And your arrows they feel all aquiver
The gun in your holster, your courage to bolster
You head for the bend in the river

The sun shines above as you put on your gloves
You feel you can take on the world
You didn't intend as you walk round the bend
To bump into a pretty young girl

She starts singing a song as you both walk along
And your pupils dilate at her beauty
Her hair flows in the breeze as she dances round trees
And calls all your senses to duty

Her young body is firm and you're starting to squirm
As you feel she has caught your attention
But you don't want to turn in case you just burn
With embarrassment too huge to mention

All the time she is there with her long golden hair
And breasts so full yet so pert
She's laughing and sighing and inside you are dying
To get your hands into her shirt

You still soldier on with your weapons well hung
Though inside you are aching to hold her
As you hunt for a doe armed with arrow and bow
She is standing there baring her shoulder

Then her dress starts to slip from shoulder to hip
You just can't conceal your emotions
Your blush you can't hide and your eyes open wide
To see her charms out in the open

Your head starts to reel, at the shame that you feel
When you see so much creamy white skin
You long to confess, but she's flushed with success
She has totally taken you in

And as she draws close you can see all her clothes
Lying scattered like leaves all around
She's getting too near now, and all you can hear's how
Your head it is starting to pound

She moves in to embrace you and starts to encase you
In arms of silken spun rope
You can feel yourself rise when you look in her eyes
And now you abandon all hope

For your body's desire is like St Elmo's fire
With flames that flicker and dance
You know that she's won, when she touches your gun
And you shoot all your bullets at once

Now the girl's had her way you know she won't stay
She's leaving of her own volition
Your weapon she's emptied so you won't be tempted
    To shoot any more ammunition

And when you get home, no further to roam
    Your wanderlust all being spent
You'll look back on this day like an act from a play
And you'll always remember her scent

So take heed my young lad don't let lust drive you mad
When you meet a young girl in the woods
Don't show her your pistol, or she'll grab a fistful
And you'll just be second-hand goods

    -----------------------------------------------------------

I wrote that one back in 2015 as well. It seems that year was a particularly productive one for me.

Here's another ditty for your delectation and delight, that I wrote in 2018

    ----------------------------------------------------------------

A healthy body and a healthy mind

A healthy body and a healthy mind
When you search which will you find
A set of thoughts in cracking form
A body that defines the norm
A beauty riv’n by inner doubt
A thought on canvas splashing out
A shape of things that may not come
A harbinger of fate for some

To see the mind as if made real
To hear the body, does it feel
As if all things are muddled up
A perfect storm in a paper cup
Swirling round in waves of wet
And muddy water, soon we’ll get
An idea forming in our minds
But can it be of certain kinds
    Of bodily expression though
For instance frowning with a toe

Who knows these things for knowledge is
Like hair when damp that turns to frizz
There’s no controlling it at all
Despite how long and hard you call
The follicles all turn deaf ears
They have their own impending fears
Of losing sight of where they fit
Into the master scheme of it

    That overarching master plan
    That manifests as godlike man
The beauty of the healthy shape
To help us make our great escape
From all our daily toil and grind
    Into the healthy spotless mind

And here's another one that I also wrote in 2018.

    -------------------------------------------------------------

    Doubt

Doubt is a tear that we must cry

Our time is like a darkened sky
Yet on we travel you and I

For what awaits us is unknown
Our fate is to the four winds thrown
We want to shout ‘Leave Me Alone’

But know how futile this must seem
To gods and demons in our dreams
Who taunt us with our own reflections
    Questioning our expectations

Turning our own doubts up on us
Deceiving us they seek to con us
    Ever lost in swirling streams
Of cold and dark mistrust it seems
Until we lose ourselves and scream

    ‘Away, away you ragged ghosts
Who can a life no longer host
Who only wish to prey upon
The living as they blunder on
Through light and dark on clouds reflected
    Human lives should be respected’

People of this world must see
And that includes both you and me
How we can help to live together
Not try to block out one another
Just ‘coz we don’t look the same
Doesn’t mean we don’t share the blame
For turning our own world insane

The madness spreads as dark clouds grow
It seeps into everything we know
    Unsettling entire populations
    Everyone both friends and relations
    Cursing, hating, fearing all
We try our hardest to recall
How good things were before the fall
Now dark clouds spread a ghostly pall

The clouds of smoke and dust and fear
That irritate our eyes and ears
That stop us all from seeing clear
The harm we do to those so dear
To others whom the bell tolls hear
Who called from this world to the next
Would glean their fate from written text
Who pray their sins will be forgiven
When called to give account are bidden

    So travel on with trepidation
Through the dark above this nation
    But keep close your aspirations
    Don’t let cant or obfuscation
Cloud your eyes or inner vision
    Don’t let doubt or inhibition
    Stop you being confident
You know your strength cannot be bent
If once you trust yourself instead
You’ll banish all doubts from your head

I don't know if you noticed, but in the last poem 'Doubt' I started with a single line, then the next stanza had two lines, and the next one had three, and so on till the last one had ten lines.

Here's a few more of my ditties.

This one is a nonsense rhyme, called 'Inky moon and smelly sun

    ---------------------------------

    Inky moon and smelly sun
I could drink a hot cross bunny
If you think that that sounds strange
Check my jeans out made of honey
In the Winter they look neat
In the Summer they smell sweet
But when I sit down it’s not funny
Then they melt and go all runny

    --------------------------------

    Muggers mugged

The story is told by a woman so bold
As to fight back when she was mugged
When he got near, she showed him no fear
Cos she just didn’t like being bugged

‘This is a bust!’ said the man as he thrust
His big gun into my face
‘Give me your money, come on now honey
I’m sure that you know your place’

‘It’s your job to give and mine to receive
All the stuff that’s inside your purse’
So I gave him my money but he won’t find it funny
When his nuts he’s having to nurse

For while he was counting my foot it was mounting
A sneak attack into his groin
And then his eyes watered, his crown jewels I slaughtered
So I could get back what was mine

The moral of this is to not threaten miss’s
When they have a purse on their arm
Or you could be hobbled your spuds all a’ cobbled
For they can do serious harm

Cos ladies are tough and when they’ve had enough
Of bullies who threaten with pain
They’ll smile and comply but beware cos they’re sly
And you won’t ever do it again

If they catch you out once then your bits they will bounce
On their toes like a cup final ball
So give it up now ‘fore you suffer a foul
And end up just able to crawl

    --------------------------------

    New Week

    Monday Morning light grey skies
    Serene and quiet gentle breeze
    Easy on the sleepy eyes
Up we get the day to seize

Tea and toast to fuel the fire
Fill the belly stoke the embers
Mum looks lively dad looks tired
Lots of work things to remember

Out the door the cold air hits
Eyes begin to stream with tears
On with scarves and hats and mitts
For little children and old dears

The working week now starts in earnest
School bus hustle trains and cabs
Everyone seems to do their darnedest
Down to business don’t look back

The weekend now is just a memory
    Happy times to lock away
Those two days off were just a temporary
    Respite from the working day

    --------------------------------
This next one is best read aloud to get the full effect of the last line.

    Ordinary man

‘I’m just an ordinary man’ he said and held his arms akimbo
‘I know you don’t believe me, and that’s why I’m stuck in limbo’
The watchers quickly bowed their heads and knelt in supplication
Then made the holy signs and went outside to tell the nation

The people’s living god it seemed had given up his crown
And now he tried to get away by talking his role down
But the acolytes weren’t willing to give up their godly head
They crowded round and pleaded for him to remain instead

‘We need you, and we want you to stay here and lead us onward
We cannot see the future so we need your every god word’
‘My words are no more sacred than the bellow of the bull
For he has freedom in his bones, and so his heart is full
Of life that flows throughout his being, every bone and hair
O that I could be him now with no woes or cares’

With that the acolytes all stood and faced the godly throne
Then walked away from one from whom disloyalty had shown
That it was time to learn to praise one whose love would be true
‘Does this mean’ he said, ‘that I can leave this place and you?’

‘Go’ they said ‘you’re done with us and so your time is through
And you don’t want the likes of us to bow and worship you
You’d rather leave and go elsewhere to grace them with your presence
But we don’t care for you now, and we think you are unpleasant’

‘You’ve left us with no god to love, to us you’re apostate
And that for us is a holy crime, it’s something that we hate
So go now before we hurt you in the way that you’ve hurt us
For leaving us like this has meant that you’ve betrayed our trust’

‘I thank you for believing what I say’ intoned the man
‘You know I didn’t want the job and even though I can,
I didn’t leave you without love or something to believe in
I’ve stayed much longer than I should but now I must be leaving’

With that he got up from the throne and left his holy office
Then went to his apartment to fulfil his final promise
To gather his belongings and vacate it for his novice
For he just wants a quiet life of marriage to his goddess

And now in exile he resides with just his wife beside him
Sometimes he feels lost and then his wife will try to guide him
She sees much more than he could ever hope to understand
For she is wholly woman, and he is just a man

    --------------------------------

That's it for this evening. I'll post up some more another day

    Night night for now.

I think I may have written in the wrong thread earlier, but if you have a subject you'd like me to have a go at I'll see if I can write a few lines about it. Please don't ask me to write about any famous person, but if there are any other subjects you can think of then let me know.

    Tonight upon a starlight fleeting

    Tonight upon a starlight fleeting
Came to me an angels greeting
An angel came from St Peter's gate
To speak of love ,it's not too late

The angel spoke with a quiet grace
To tell me love has a gentle face
The face of love was of gods design
But I saw love when your eyes met mine

In your eyes I see a painting
Like the greatest work of art
    When I see your smile
    I feel like I'm fainting
    Falling ever deeper
    Giving you my heart.

    Whispering Desire
Sweet whispers in the early morn
    Sweet kisses through the night
The gentle touch of your sweet hand
    That says everything is alright

The coolness of your gentle breath
The warmth that's in your heart
The gentle moan from your sweet voice
As I spread your legs apart.

    Your quickening pulse
    As you guide me in
    To your womanly place
The rush of blood to your toes and feet
The smile that plays on your face

The way you begin to arch your back
As blood races through your veins
The convulsions that you never seem to lack
Says your pleasure has come again

Did you see the one I did about rainbows for Mr Rainbow? I think I posted it under UK members.

Anyway, I'll see what I can manage for hope, and as soon as I've written it I'll post it here.

    Endless Waltz Of Love

I can never begin to tell you
Or even hope to make you see.
Just how totally I love you
And what you mean to me

How I think of you each moment
    Every day and every night
And hear your soft voice whispering
    I'm here with you,it's alright

How I see your face in the moonlight
    As sleep gently takes ahold
How you fill every dream I have
Of you,an angel with a heart of gold

Yes an angel sent from St Peter's gate
To come and shower me with love
But you are not here yet,I have to wait
    For sunlight from above.

I just wish that these poets words
Could be written in your heart
So that you could begin to know
    That we must never part
For if we were to say goodbye

    To bid each other farewell
    I would really rather die
    Than suffer the living hell
The living hell of a lonely day

    Without you by my side
I could not function in any way
Or walk along life's endless shore
    To watch the eternal tide

This love for you is pure
It is not fake or false
    I'm asking for your hand
    To dance an endless waltz

Come take my hand as the music starts
And we dance to a sweet song
Life is a journey ,we must take part
Take my arm and come along.

    This love is timeless
    It will not ever end
Not now not tomorrow not ever
I cannot find the words to say
Why I feel the way I do
But I cannot live another single day
    Here alone,lonely,and without you

Without the woman I truly want
To be a partner with me for life
My Denise,my friend,my one true lover
    My darling,my wife.

Okay, I've knocked up a few lines about hope, and although I don't think they're very good, they are the best I can do at the moment.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------

    HOPE!

When Pandora loosed the rusty locks
she never knew the harm she'd cause
by freeing what was in the box
or how the world would have to pause
to take in all that changed that day
and look for answers who knows where
when evil took its breath away
and tried to beat us with despair

The holy men all were concerned
they spoke among themselves, it seemed
    for recently they'd had confirmed
the world was evil, so they deemed
    it prudent to remove temptation
    everyone would have to learn
in every town across the nation
    into memories they'd burn

new lessons to be taken in
and soon the cry went out abroad
to curb the people's joyful sin
    the cardinals were soon assured
    that citizens were now remorseful
those that weren't were put in chains
the message was ingrained by forceful
pressure for them all to change

Pandora watched it all with sadness
tears welled up into her eyes
where was all the joy and gladness
banished from the earth and skies
'Why did I undo those locks?'
she asked herself one fateful day
'What's that last thing in this box?'
    a butterfly then flew away

'That is hope,' the box replied,
'it springs eternal for us all
when all else good has shrunk and died
then hope will break down evil's wall'
and so it was that hope arrived
to give us peace in times of ill
    and sustain all who've survived
we feel inside it's fighting still

it stands before us shield in hand
the sword of rightness on its side
there to make its final stand
to bring back joy and override
the evil that comes here and goes
and turns all of our dreams to sand
but hope fights on because it knows
that love is ours to countermand

all the harm that has been done
by what came from Pandora's box
like reining in a wayward son
like tidal waves that break on rocks
    the rocks of righteous indignation
that we all must feel as when
our lives are robbed of inspiration
then we must all fight as men

    to defeat the desperation
that we feel when things go wrong
    darkness causes isolation
so we lift our hearts with song
for the bad things that divide us
    can be overcome my friend
all it needs is hope to guide us
to bring forth a happy end

    -----------------------------------------------------------------

    Phew! What's next I wonder? :)

Here's another one of mine. I wrote this one for an erotic stories website, but they don't seem to like rhyming stories very much. Anyway, they did publish it, but with a few grumbles. It's rude of course, otherwise it wouldn't have gone to an erotic stories website, so if it's too rude then please let me know and I'll remove it.

It's called 'vidi, vici, veni' and is a corruption of the Latin 'veni, vidi, vici' which means 'I came, I saw, I conquered', and is what Ceasar is supposed to have written. My version, 'vidi, vici, veni' means 'I saw, I conquered, I came' :)

    ------------------------------------------------------------------

We met at first as strangers lost upon the restless sea
I looked across at you to find you looking back at me

I think we must have spotted something in each other then
a longing shared by both of us, an emptiness, a yen

to see if we could find out more and more about each other
a need perhaps like children as they search to find a mother

we smiled and nodded, winked and finally we shrugged as one
almost making mirror moves, a memory, a clone

your movements echoed mine just as I'm sure that mine did yours
I sensed and felt a breeze as from the opening of doors

we sidled up as though to meet and greet with long lost friends
we laughed and joked, we nudged and poked, we just couldn't let it end

so we left the pub and went around the block exploring bars
I thought to myself then, 'I'm glad I didn't bring my car!'

coz this would mean we'd have to find and share a taxi home
and in the back while we both kissed our hands were free to roam

the night moved on, unfolding as we'd both hoped that it might
we shared the cab back to my home away from city lights

we reached my house and paid the cab and you just couldn't wait
but pushed ahead of me across the pavement through the gate

and up the steps to stand in expectation by the door
while in my haste I dropped the key and fumbled on the floor

once found in seconds through the door and we were safe indoors
we held each other's trembling hands and climbed up to my floor

the need that we both felt we knew was swiftly drawing near
you brought yourself in close to me and nibbled at my ear

"I think we'd better get into my bed," I said in jest
you simply said, "Okay!" and ran your hands across my chest

"Bash on MacDuff!" you now declared, quoting from the bard
and in return my cheeks both burned as I felt it growing hard

you noticed too and quickly ran your hand down to my crotch
'She's fast!' I thought, 'And turning all my senses up a notch!'

and so I did the same for you as we stood in the hall
my hands played with your breasts as I responded to your call

"Come on let's get in my room or we'll end up staying here."
you nodded and then broke away but made your feelings clear

you tightly held on to my arm as we crept in my room
then put your arms around me as we stood there in the gloom

like this we slowly shuffled from the doorway to my bed
and there we fell together as we held each others head

your hands now moved with urgency as you undid my belt
I fumbled with your top while rising lust was all I felt

I ripped your top as I tried to stop and unhook your bulging bra
you found my zip, I felt it slip and then you breathed an "Aaah!"

"It's hard! It's hard!" you said and then you tugged my jeans away
"Uh huh!" I said in answer, there was nothing more to say

Your skirt was loose your pants were tight but neither stopped my will
you opened up your legs to let me in to find your thrill

I heard you gasp as my hand reached your soft and loving mound
you grabbed my penis in your hand and then I heard a sound

the sound of rising blood flow as it roared around my brain
my ears were pulsing now just like the beat of heavy rain

you stroked him up and down in rhythm while I moved my hand
I twirled my fingers around your lips as though at your command

with slow deliberation I then pulled your pants aside
and rubbed my hand along your lips to where your treasures hide

you opened up your petals to my touch just like the Sun
my fingers filled your entrance and I felt your juices run

then moving first just round and round to wet my fingers more
I started to push on inside, I wanted to explore

this new exciting place that would bring pleasure to us both
and all the while you stroked along my hard and solid growth

"Fill me with your big boy!" you said though your face was hidden
and so I moved between your legs to do as you had bidden

and when I pushed into your open, wanting, warm wet tunnel
your hot wet stream felt like the steam that billows from a funnel

We moved together then and let our bodies set the speed
I felt just like a knight of old, cantering his steed

his trusty lance thrust out ahead, his helm of beaten gold
his heels dug in his horse's side to help him keep a hold

but in our loving brace the use of heels was yours to master
you wrapped them tightly round my cheeks to pull me to you faster

the change of pace from pleasant into urgent felt so strong
as though we'd seen the winning post was one more fence along

and so we moved from canter into gallop at a nod
you needing me to fill you with my still expanding rod

I felt it growing even more as through it my love flowed
to fill you up to bursting with my hot and steaming load

you thrashed and screamed, I thrust and creamed, our juices ran together
our bodies tossed, control was lost as we went hell for leather

but soon the urge to push and buck began to fade away
for we were both exhausted from our bodies' need to play

so now the sighs of satisfaction drifted from our lips
the heat of lust now pulsed more slowly all around our hips

the act of love complete we wallowed in its fulsome wetness
our kisses through the sweat of action now just left us breathless

"I hope that you enjoyed it?" I said to your glowing face
"Of course I did!" you answered, "And I even won the race!"

"The race?" I said now puzzled at your strange choice of reaction
"The race to reach a climax first, there's always that attraction."

"Oh!" I said, "I thought you wanted me for who I am."
"Oh, yes, I do," you said, "don't think it's really just a sham."

"I really liked the look of you the moment I first saw you.
I hoped that you liked me because I just could not ignore you."

"Your eyes, your smile, you won me over back there in the pub."
"Oh," I said, "well here's to us, we'll have to form a club!"

"A club?" you said, "Yes," I replied, "a club made up of two."
"A club for loving strangers, with just room for me and you."

Well that's today's offering. I have short stories as well and I might post one or two up. They're rude as well, so I hope I'm not breaking any rules if I do post one of them up? If I do break any rules then please let me know and remove anything you find offensive.
