Law enforcement officials are investigating a Saturday shooting that left two people dead in a Boston suburb as a hate crime.

The victims were identified by Suffolk County District Attorney Rachael Rollins during a press conference Sunday as Ramona Cooper, 60, a former Air Force staff sergeant, and retired Massachusetts State Trooper David L. Green, 58. Both victims were Black.

Asked at the press conference whether the victims were targeted because of the color of their skin, Rollins said the shooter "walked by several other people that were not Black" and did not harm them.

Allen's writings have been linked to "anti-Semitic and racist statements against Black individuals," Rollins said at the press conference.

The US needs to do a lot more to tackle institutional racism throughout the population !!!

 

The community is planning to hold a Candlelight Vigil in Winthrop for Shooting Victims who really were the best of the best

When they heard a car crash they immediately and instinctively went to help the victim Nathan Allen only to be gunned down execution style because they were black.

Investigators unearthed troubling white supremacy rhetoric and statements written by the shooter, including the “superiority of the white race” and whites being “apex predators.” and he loved to draw swastikas, and hated Jews.

 

Holding a candlelit vigil is laudable, but it does nothing to actually tackle the institutional racism that persists in us society - the government needs to do a whole lot more !!!

 

Another "good guy with a gun"...until he wasn't.

 

I CANNOT UNDERSTAND why any black person supports THE REPUBLICAN PARTY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the "party" that is trying every possible method to eliminate / nullify their (black people's) votes or kill them outright. THE REPUBLICAN PARTY has become a white supremacy party - despite their "spoken" claims. The REPUBLICAN PARTY places a few "token" blacks on TV or in political commercials to make it seem to other blacks as though they're inclusive. Try having a black guy date one of their white daughters and have it be known at the country club !!!!!!! Or try moving into one of the nice, gated communities the wealthy white people live in. (I'm white BTW) ....................... and it makes me SICK how non-whites are being treated these days.

These 2 fine Black Americans were murdered because they were black. Almighty GOD sees it all ................... and will render JUSTICE when the haters leave this life.

"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God ............ Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy ............. Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the land" .............. Jesus.

I haven't seen any blessings in the Bible for haters, murderers, racists, bigots, people who think they're better than everyone else, or the prideful and haughty.

 

In truth Trump only received 12% of the black male vote, and 9% of the black female vote, so the statement is somewhat superfluous.

Naturally in any population there are going to some sellouts, and some self-haters, some blacks who worship the white race, or see their only path to power through the republican party.

 

If you go outside, and encounter a muddy area with horseshoe tracks in the mud, and someone tells you the tracks were made by a mouse, do you buy into their statement on it's face ................ or do you look at the actual EVIDENCE you see with your own eyes???? Look at the actual evidence in front of anyone who sees with objective eyes. The tracks were made by a horse - not a mouse. The same holds true for "claims" made by THE REPUBLICAN PARTY when it comes to "not being racists" or "not being white supremacists." Look at the laws they write and enact ..... look at the NEW voting restrictions that GUT (with the 6 to 3 REPUBLICAN-majority "Supreme Court's" blessing) the 1965 Voting Rights Act that made it easier - and legal - for non-whites to vote in the U.S. A. THE REPUBLICAN PARTY proves by it's own tracks in the mud what they're really all about. They're the party of VERY RICH WHITE FOLKS ............ and want to keep rules, laws, and statutes ALL in their favor. They DO NOT want others to have a voice .......... and they've 100% completely faked out a good segment of the U.S. population to buy into and believe that THE REPUBLICAN PARTY is who best represents their interests. Again ........... people need to look at the tracks in the mud - what laws are actually helping them & their families get a fairer shake in the U.S. economy, and a voice in their own government. The tracks made by THE REPUBLICAN PARTY do not agree with their words and claims.

The REPUBLICAN PARTY doesn't want non-whites to vote. Look at their legislative actions!!!!! They DO NOT want non-whites to have a voice, voting rights, legal standing in ANY court in the U.S. , or even the right to live in ANY neighborhood they choose. Whites only ............. that's THE REPUBLICAN WAY. So why in GOD'S name would any non-white vote for a REPUBLICAN POLITICIAN?????????

I don't care WHAT THE REPUBLICAN PARTY claims about being "inclusive" and being "all about freedom for every American" ...................... when you stop listening to their words ............ and instead watch their actions toward non-white Americans (most notably their recent state-by-state restrictions on voting rights that primarily affect Black, Latino, and Asian voters - but also affect registered Democrats, Independents, Green Party, & Libertarian voters by gerrymandering and re-drawing voting districts to insure REPUBLICAN winners) .......... the "claims" of THE REPUBLICAN PARTY show up in ACTUALITY as 100% F-A-L-S-E.

Ironically ........... REPUBLICAN POLITICIANS claim that Democrats are "rigging" the voting system ........... while they THEMSELVES ARE ACTIVELY RIGGING THE SYSTEM FOR THEMSELVES by their voting restrictions and gerrymandering of voting districts. What better way to distract and deflect attention away from a crime than to yell & scream that "It's those guys over there!!! Look what their doing!!! LOOK - LOOK ..... somebody has to stop them!!!!! " (while they themselves carry out the wicked crime).

How many times .......... over how many DECADES .......... do some people have to be kicked in the balls (regardless of skin color) before they recognize that - despite "claims" to be acting in their best interest - the ones kicking them in the balls are REALLY NOT THEIR FRIENDS??????????????

It's actual, out-in-the-open evidence like these few examples above of REPUBLICAN actions that stagger the mind as to WHY the avg. American citizen - regardless of skin color , but especially Black, Latino, and Asian citizens - would ever vote for a REPUBLICAN POLITICIAN. Many, MANY other examples are out there to see if one only takes the time to investigate and look at past REPUBLICAN actions.
