I think it was good cause I come from a bad bad drug town and I watched my family end up like that....

I think it's a great movie for anyone who is really bad into drugs.

If you liked that, you should of watch Donnie Darko.

the movie was very moving, my brother put it on for me and it changed my perspective on addiction and drug use.

One of my all time favorite movies. The way they shoot the film with the close angles pared with the music helps get the point across in a way most movies can't. Harry's mother's addiction blows my mind & made the movie sooooo much more interesting! Her story, I feel, really breaks the stereotype that drug addiction starts at an early age & to only lower class people. ! Can't express how much I loved this movie.. Anyone know of a place to get a cool poster online? I can only find one design. =/

This movie breaks my heart. Its one of my favorites but I can never watch it without crying like a baby. The end of the movie is just the saddest thing in the world.

Honestly that movie scared the shit out of me cause it seemed way too real. I was also tripping pretty hard when I watched it, maybe thats why.It was really raw too, but thats what made it great.

Requiem for a dream, is and probably always will be one of my favourite films. The cinematography, the acting, the plot, everything about the film I enjoy. It highlights the hideous dangers of addiction.

I have read the book about three times and I absolutley love it. Back in the day I even did a couple of projects about the book in highschool.

Just a fucking brilliant film. I'll post more about it at a later time.

    Peace

The first time i saw this movie i was tripping on 3 tabs of acid. My friends girlfriend recommended it to us. I was completely and utterly blown away by it!!! There were some parts i didnt know whether it was the movie or the acid so i had to watch it again. The music was so intense, it was stuck in my head for a couple of weeks afterwards. It definitely intensified our experience thats for sure lol

I have a few copies of that movie.. I was out with friends one night and someone hadn't seen it so I bought it again so they could watch it. I always make everyone watch it who hasn't seen it.

    I. Love. It. Have since I was like.. 16? Gosh. The first (and only time) a friend and I tried DXM it was during that movie. Good god.. effect of that movie would normally keep you away from drugs. We were crazy kids.

Anyway.. it is wild to watch in an altered state but just as great of a movie to watch sober. :)

I thought it was a really good movie, but I can't watch it without crying either.

If parents want to scare their kids away from heroin and diet pills, it's definitely the movie to do that.
