Cruz is scary. Anti gay, anti abortion, supports trump on immigration, thinks only Christians should be president.

I read somewhere that even the bushes despise Cruz.
And Rafaels' dad is a real winner too.

Also, Trump is getting too dangerous at this point.
His rhetoric is now bad enough that ISIS (et al) can use his words as recruitment tools.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you Trump's first export... fear laden jihadists.

No, it needs both, but it needs the intellect to lead and direct emotional energy in a constructive and precise manner.

Bush and it seems Trump as well, both suffer from the "wipe them out, all of them" -Darth Sideous, quoted mentality which just doesn't work for you unless your God.

Like crap man. I've got half a mind to adopt a character persona of trump on this forums dropping lines of dialogue that sound trump-esque, just to point out how ridiculous he sounds.

If I get mod and admin and forum owner approval to do this I will consider adopting a pure satirical persona of Trump in the context of his campaign just to show how easy it is to say and drop lines like he is dropping.

It will break forum rules though which is why I need to ask permission first for the act.

I must also add that it is unclear what Trumps position on abortion is.

There are interviews of him supporting planned parenthood, and acknowledging that they provide other services vital to women other than abortions.

^he's on the record saying that and it's why he doesn't have the evangelical voter block.

Cruz cannot be a president, because he was born in Canada. His father was a cuban citizen at the time, without American papers. His mother was a green card holding Mexican, who had not yet been granted American citizenship, or stayed the required period of time. So neither parent was an American. After he was born, Rafael was driven back to the USA, without proper immigration papers. In fact, there is no record of Rafael entering the good old USA. That makes Rafael an illegal immigrant, born in Calgary, in Canada. And as of ten months ago, Rafael had not surrendered his Canadian citizenship in an official manner. In his convoluted thinking, that gives him the authority to hate other immigrant people, particularly Muslims. If he does get selected in the Republican primary to represent the hater class, his place of birth should be an issue, as it was made so for Obama, by the Republican talk show speakers. Maybe some lefties will make an issue about the Manchurian Candidate among the Republicans.

I'm pretty sure you don't mean Bill Nye the science guy, but what a cool ticket that would be.

How would I ago about asking? I thought my former post was an official ask, but maybe you're telling me it's not.

Either way Ted Cruz seems to be polling ahead, in which case donning a characture would seem pointless, I'll look more into it if Trump wins the nomination.

Props to Nye as the VP but change that to Jim Webb/ Bill Nye 2016 or Rand Paul/ Bill Nye 2016

I'd be all about Jim Webb.... if I were a Republican.
And Rand Paul... no. Just so many reasons, "no".

But at least we can agree on Bill Nye! :)

    Make that tonight!
I got my beers and my DVR set to record The Voice finale.

(I also have my jealousy geared up for wishing I was back in Vegas.)

Now to figure out if I'm going to hang out in the chat room here... or if I'm going to go login to a political blog site (run by Alan Colmes) and hang out in their chat room
Or I could be all nutty and open both of them up. :)

Bill Nye as a Vice President? Is this serious? I'm always leery about celebrities becoming politicians. Most of the time, people vote for them just because they are famous for doing something else, without looking into what their policies actually are. Arnold Schwarznegger was not the worst governor, but he was a let down. It's all media sensation anyway. I don't know enough about Nye's policies, but his stance on global warming is enough to put me off.
