Trump says he wants $5 million for the next con debate....his minions will probably come up with the demand.....But if he wants $5 million per show, how much is he going to demand for the POTUS job? $500 million per year?

Trump, seems to be the distraction Politicians want. His antics take the emphasis off of the major corruption taking place in Wash: by all players not just Dem and Rep. Trump is the anecdote to overshadow the real underlining truth. He plays his part well; sadly Americans' are falling for it.

The false Perception of reality is overtaking our own thought process; to ensure we are blindly led down the path 'they' want. That's Trumps role. Trump is one gigantic TV ad: loud:brash and in our face.

Obama: " No, you just engulf. Have you ever chewed?"

Obama: " Have you lost weight?"
Christie: "Are your teeth naturally that white?"

Both (through clenched teeth): " HAHAHA; just smile, it will be over soon."

I had the notion Trump might be a shill after that (staged?) confrontation with Faux debate moderators. WTF? Dunno

Last night in Raleigh NC, Trump was interrupted by hecklers ten times, and gave up before his speech was finished.

Can we count that as a giant FUCK YOU from the students of Duke University and/or UNC? Most likely.

So have you guys seen the university of Illinois's mock election results? Apparently they've correctly predicted the presidential victor since 1975. Not only are they calling for Bernie to win the presidency but they're essentially predicting the beginning of the end of the Republican Party with democrat victories in almost every typically red leaning southern and Midwestern state. They're predicting the republicans will lose a lot of votes to the libertarian party.

Trump is now calling for a temporary ban on allowing Muslims to enter the USA for any reason. This would cover immigrants, refugees, tourists, students, business people, and folks visiting relatives. No exceptions. He hasn't explained how he would prove what anybody's religion is, or how he would get around the US constitutional right to freedom of religion. He got a standing ovation from the crowd on the USS Yorktown, across the harbor from Charleston, SC.

The man has lost his fucking mind, whatever little he had left.

That's basically what Trump said this morning in a follow-up interview. I'm sure that would work just fine. :wall: We know ISIS is into mass murder and torture, but surely they draw the line at saying things that aren't true. That wouldn't be nice.

I don't think Trump is trying to win. He wants to sabotage his own campaign. Either he ran to feed his own ego and fame, or the Clintons have enough dirt on him to send him to prison for life for financial crimes, and he has to do whatever they say. He has no desire to do the job.

Donald trump has been a loose cannon with his word the entire campaign, starting short-lived controversies left and right. It always seemed like whenever he said something asinine, offensive, or something just flat out wrong, there'd be a a short lived conflict about it and face the heat. Then the public forgets it ever happened, and he continues to do well in the polls. As much as I'd like to see this sabotage him, I'll bet he will be unaffected.

When the republican speaker of the House and Dick Cheney are saying he's off the reservation, does that make them "moderates" now?

The cons are have shit fits, because they want him banned from the GOP race, but if they do he takes all his supporters and runs as an independent. Guaranteed GOP loss.....they actually think they can win with a "moderate" like Cruz or Jeb. Man what an election!

Trump, is doing both a service and a curse, and that is showing humanity the darkside and snowball effects to the media and to politicians (specifically the right) of dropping comments that pander to hate speech, fear, exclusivity, justified fervor of excluding rights and being pushy and choosey on others. Also known as the brain stem's need to "fight or flight" in the context of survival, which shuts down frontal lobe, complex thought activity, it's why he has such blind support, and it's what fuels Trump himself. He's not a puppet of the elite, as many here are suggesting, he's a puppet of the dark side of the force psychologically speaking.

American society has been playing with this concept and creating an itch for such extreme ideology for a while now, it doesn't represent everyone but I would say it represents a good 1/5th of dark hidden desires of carnality that the real sheeple fail to realize is a scapegaot for the real trojan horse. Strength is no longer mentally associated with compassion or love, and you see that in pop culture when people snicker at the end of "Interstellar" when love apparently is the driving force behind it all.

Trump speaks half-truths, fueled by the objective state of truth about what many are feeling, except he's justifying it and stoking it.

The half-truth is that our laws (at almost every level) and policy that are outdated in their ability (political correctness he calls it) to keep up with the state of the union's technology and yet also balance law and order, with the rights and ideals of our society which are the country's foundation. (think sexting laws persecuting teens, think many of the other situations discussed here where law seems slow and unjustified or needs fixing, especially in Wall St., which affects your daily retail shopping)

Trump takes it a step to far, embraces the sin of pride, and never corrects himself, and ignores all ripple effects he starts. The Republican party's horror, is realizing the Frankenstein's monster they created within the social-science of political science; it's alive, it's strong, but it's not the brightest bulb in the shed.

Moderate voters who KNOW Trump, is crazy, are so beaten down, many of them are you here right now, but you won't vote because you don't think it matters, because you don't win. Movements like Trump's movement love this context, because the people that drive it are pouring out their rage, I don't even think they realize they won't win but the idea of it is enough the outlet for expression of long pent up desires is enough to turn them out in droves.

If you are a moderate, you must find the strength within yourself to stand up and match their fervor, while also not completely shunning the bit of Trump's arguments that actually are truth (like the threat of ISIS and other problems like police brutality, women's reproductive rights, corruption of money in politics/Wall St./lobbyists/corporate ventures both domestic and foreign/international).

What America wants, is a re-founding of it's values, that mirror what we had at the inception of the country, but are renewed in a modern context, that fix a vital flaw that has always existed but can no longer be ignored, and that has to be a few new Amendments to the Constitution addressing national security, but also for privacy and property rights, and civil rights.

Because years ago, our founders didn't have to deal with airplanes, and drones, and the internet's ability to organize groups for better or for worse within the framework of Freedom of Expression.

This is important and I cannot stress enough how much so, this is a tipping point guys and for those who took Trump as a gaint joke at first, I never ever did because I saw this coming a long time ago. The power of humans to engage in darkside of tribalism, knows no bounds, that is why Trump's fuel of offending people is INFINITE it has no bottom, and the media needs to stop looking for one.

P.S. I wasn't going to return to HipForums but it seems life circumstances have forced my hand to laydown some wisdom of mine on the situation at hand. I do intend to leave again after this is over, but given this is an omega level shitstorm situation I had to return, as I have not seen my point of view put into words what has been discussed so far.

According to acclaimed journalist and television host Bill Moyers,
"True, people of faith have always tried to bring their interpretation of the Bible to bear on American laws and morals ... it's the American way, encouraged and protected by the First Amendment. But what is unique today is that the radical religious right has succeeded in taking over one of America's great political parties. The country is not yet a theocracy but the Republican Party is, and they are driving American politics, using God as a a battering ram on almost every issue: crime and punishment, foreign policy, health care, taxation, energy, regulation, social services and so on."

    http://www.theocracywatch.org/

These aren't your funny republican clowns we're dealing with here, some of these are evil, scary clowns

There can be analogies made between the tactics of "The Joker" in Batman attracts his followers and how both ISIS and Trump gain fuel for both their evil acts of sinful unabashed behavior.

What breaks it, is the intellect of someone like Bruce Wayne who can cut through the BS drama. Let's hope we find the equivalent of that. I'm skeptical.

You mean America needs a superhero (of reason not muscle)? :D

I'm sure the intellect is already present in your country. Not sure how it can overrule people like Trump as long as he gets this much attention and applauding from a certain part of the people.

Glad to see a post of you btw :)
