And the Catholic Church is dark. If I were God, I'd shun the priests and popes out of my kingdom...although, our local priest-who did my father and my grandfather's funeral is an amazing man. He runs all the Catholic churches in town and he is just an all-around good man. He reminds me of a monk

 

I'm watching the little one and her brother this afternoon, while mommy and daddy go hiking... Right now I'm doing the laundry...

 

I grew up Catholic but started having serious issues with the people when I was about eleven years old. People would show up to church every sunday but on the rest of the days they would treat others like shit. When they started doing that in church I wondered if they realized how just how unchristian they were being. All this through the eyes of a child. How could the adults not see how they were acting?

 

Woke up in the middle of the night, I guess my leg and foot went to sleep and I got up to try and walk it out. I got up and felt so dizzy like I was going to walk into a wall or something. Then I must have went back to sleep. Sometimes that happens to me. don't know what the hell happened. going upstairs too work out it's cloudy dark and raining and gloomy outside.

edit just got done working out I'm pooped time for a hot shower. sleeping at my sister's house tonight. Eric of course is going on a fishing trip. the less I have to see him the better have not seen the girls since camping I think

 

I'm a little stressed right now...

Actually when I posted last night I was in fairly decent shape. Today I've been allowing my demon to run amok, no holds barred. There's a feeling of power that goes with that, innit Malia?

It's like anything, any human institution is made up of people in a variety of spiritual states. The special thing about the Catholic church is that its representatives have been allowed to hold some power - more so in past centuries, but even now to some degree. And we just talked about how good that feels...

My demon has calmed down a bit...but it made me super tired again...and a little irritable.

You know how desert sage is a spiritual cleanser? Maybe I'll eat some for dinner tongiht...see if it cleanses my soul

I started a new project that required 90% rubbing alcohol...do you know how hard it is to find 90% isopropyl alcohol these days?!
