I am cold and my legs hurt and my back is killing me. legs hurt from working out, back hurts cause my hips are out of place

 

is it true taking a cold shower makes you not cold when you get out?

 

when you first get out youll be cold. but than ur body will heat back up.

 

Sometimes it's all fine, but not today.

I ate two Fig Newton bars, and that helped.

 

Will try that sometime. I took a hot shower and that warmed me up for now. I got my grandmother's sweater on that she gave me. It keeps me nice and warm. Going to put my heating pad in the microwave. It is the kind that has the seeds in it and you can put it in the freezer or warm it up
