We ended up cleaning the basement all day, so I'm beat and I know there will be a long wait, so I figured we'd go one night this week instead.

Well we got banned from the campground. I guess Eric gutted a fish and threw the left over’s in the next person’s campsite What an f-ing asshole. And he was throwing glass bottles in the fire pit. My dad told him to throw them in the trash but he is too damn lazy. They want to charge my dad 25 bucks extra. He wrote them saying I don’t fish and was not even drinking out of a glass bottles. That was not even our campsite was my sister and their friends.

On an unrelated matter, I bought a puppy about 3 months ago. He's a great dog, and we've been very successful in training him. He's one loyal little mofo. He'll be 5 months on September 10. We took him to the cottage for the afternoon today, and shit was it ever awesome to see him go. When we got there I walked around our land with him and showed him what the limits were, and that was it. No leash, no rope. He just stuck around, playing like crazy, running from one side to the other, Jumping in the river, doin' the dog thing, but never going past the limits I showed him. I love the dog my puppy is becoming. He's the shit! It's pretty surprising how attached we get to those things...

the term yanking your chain comes from when miners would take a shit in one of those old rail carts down in the mine they would use a piece of chain laid over the track to keep them from rolling away.

 

and then when a miner wanted to mess around with another miner they would yank on the chain so that they shit on the rails?

 

they wouldnt shit on the rails they would just start rolling down the tracks while they are shitting... would be a shitty situation
