last sunday we went on a fun small group ride about 12 miles long through some gnarly mtn bike trails with a couple of new people i met. when we got back to camp i went down this super steep side of a muddy hill. i mean it was like brakes locked up, ass on the rear wheel, point and shoot. i made it and it was so epic.

lame.. i gotta start eating better my bp is through the roof. i did real well earlier this year now its back up.

 

A few months ago I heard that deceased people (ghosts) can tap phone lines somehow and try to communicate with the living, on rare occasions.

Altho I did have a few freaky dreams the first night here. One or two of them really bad ones, but I went back to sleep right after.

i just watched a doc on andy warhol...fuck that dude had a lot of ailments to deal with...

i always thought he was a strange motherfucker but now now i find out he had actual physical shit happen in his life that made him all fucked up and blotchy and weird looking

he didnt start being a hit till he painted that campbells soup can and thats just because he showed them in califirnia where all the other freaks lived

 

we all have ailments

but not all of us broadcast it out to the world

 

I keep my aches and pains to myself...Its something you just have to deal with as you age...lol
