That was great thanks for that It sure did back some great memories...Goosebumps...The Lion King!! I actually do remember crying loudly in the cinema when I saw that. Ah things just don't seem the same these days do they? Going to movies, eating out seem trivial but used to be so great!! You forgot about Biker Mice From Mars by the way. I LOVED that!!
I'm really surprized that no one has mentioned Pokemon. It came out when I was like in 5th grade, and it practically took over the country.....
I don't really remember the nineties, except for all these cassettes and radios... no... I remember one time in my old man's car... listening to Nirvana's Unplugged (that time I didn't know who they were, I was very ignorant...), and my expression was... how beautiful sound it was! Better remember myself playing football in the streets with my pals. I was very nervous when young... now I still am!
The younger people today will grow up in a different type of world. Yeah. A whole generation of Americans has grown up being taught that political corruption is okay. That habeas corpus sounds like something old and stupid and liberal, and therefore bad. That a truly great nation must have secret prisons overseas that no one knows about. That prisoners must always be tortured if they're "bad guys." That everyone on earth is one of "the bad guys" except, of course, us "good guys" (meaning US military personnel only). That Secret Renditions are sometimes necessary. That Fair Trials are an outdated, ineffective approach to crime. That might, as a rule, always makes right. That if you fail, it's only because of lack of faith, not bad decision-making. That George W. Bush isn't any more corrupt than Nixon was. When one of Bush's people said "we make our own reality," I never imagined they would try to go so far with it. And now a generation has grown up not knowing anything different, thinking that the Bush Administration is just another stupid chapter in our ugly history rather than the possible end of history altogether (I still seriously think he'll launch "Armageddon" as his last presidential act). Okay, rant over
Clarissa Explains it All!!!!!!!!!!!! Blossom!!!!!!!!!! I almost died when i read those 2 names!!! good memories!!
We Romanians have a similar thing about us people born in the '80s circulating on the net. I was born in '83 so it brings back memories.
It was sad to see Ed the Duck vanish I remember the 90's were good for the Simpsons. Watch this space....................
Vanilla Ice was kicking it back in the 90s With his awesome haircut with the lightning bolts in his sideburns
Yea i miss the 90's. All my music I listen to today is from then. Tv shows of course and yea, being a kid.
I remember Twin Peaks and Zig and Zag. Zig and Zag were like these two new dudes who appeared on The Big Breakfast each morning with Chris Evans. Well one thing I miss about the 90's more than anything is the lack of fear from terrorists. We lived in a much more safe world and well, we were not afraid. Guess the IRA were scary but now we live in such a tense society. God I miss the 90's. I also miss the days when I could buy Take that posters and put them in my room.
I miss the era when we would thank what used to be our major allies such as Germany, Italy, Russia, and the rest. Now we're down to thanking Estonia. .
Anybody else have a stretch arm strong? I cant find him anywhere now a days. Too bad i cut his arms open when i was kid to see what was inside
