for me. i found that things became alot easier when i no longer depended on an invisible being no God for me
i'm happy being a Zen Buddhist; i have traveled many paths to reach this point in my life - even Islam. the thing i like is the Buddha said try it out and don't believe something because someone tells you it's true; prove it to yourself. that i can dig instead of begging forgiveness from some guy that is a human conduit to a god that no one can prove to me even exists. that's just my thought.
It's funny to live your life based on a book written by people who still thought the earth was flat...
