I go to the gym and work out with the heavy bag , bareknuckle. Then get annoyed that my fists are bleeding .. Duhhh! Tai chi type kung fu , fresh air and greenery , hard cardio( running). Fasting and eating vegetables and just chilling with friends are prob the best ways.
I don't know, I don't usually feel angry.. more like nervous.. excercise helps, walks, drives, sex, punching pillows, listening to music and dancing, singing..
