    if they like them, tho.

I'd recommend you all to download Kampec Dolores - Eye of the needle, Manu Chao - Clandestino and Life Without Buildings - Life Without Buildings.

Anybody knows where I could download some music by that band (seemed great in describtion) called Death By Chocolate?

    love,
    b

You should try Paris 1919 too, if you haven't heard it. John Cale really created some of the most beautiful pop music ever. I guess you can partially attribute that to the fact that he constantly listened to the Beach Boys' Pet Sounds during the 1960's.

    I would say

Ani Difranco-Educated Guess 'cause it was recorded on an eight track and the whole album is just art.
Nicklecreek-That stuff is bionic bluegrass... mandolin playing beyond your wildest expectations.
I have this awesome Grateful Dead Box Set that has 12 cds in it from 1965-1973. If you're seriously into the dead it would definitely be a worthy purchase, especially because you get this awesome booklet to go with it.
    NEIL YOUNG- ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING
I guess this could branch into CSN.
Blackmore Knights is really good. I don't know if any of you have heard of them, but all it is is basically Ritchie Blackmore, his wife, and their Renaissance minstrel band with a sort of mix of "deep purplism". Its quite awesome.
Jefferson Airplane also really floats my boat.
    Oh, and old Bruce Cockburn.

Yay :D That album kicks ass.

Oh, and everyone should listen to BOB DYLAN, preferably the album Highway 61 Revisited.

:D I love that album soooooo much. If it were a bathtub I would drown in it. :D

For me, I love Desire and The Freewheeling. The Freewheeling holds a special place in my heart because it was my first Bob Dylan cd.

Those are slightly more rock... but w/e

The first Dylan album is also a good bet, and you can get it for cheap...

I've also heard the waking Eyes are good, they even did a cover of I am the walrus at a show in BC...

Highway 61 was my first Dylan album, which explain a teeny bit of why I'm so attached. :D But I'm very in love with it. :D
