post links and/or personal recipies, with a comment + tips I just made this http://www.cookingforkeeps.com/2013/03/27/quinoa-fried-rice/ it was delicious. I didn't have teriyaki, so I added some fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, garlic, chilli, curry and a lot of freshly ground red schezwan pepper apparently the spice I used has this molecule in it: "hydroxy-alpha-sanshool", which induces parasthesia and a sensation of mild electrocution. This fried qinuoa made my tounge feel weird for like half an hour. But it sure was good.
Fontal Polenta with Mushroom Sauté I assumed the 1/3 cup of broth is vegetable stock.. but I have none.. so I used Oxo cube for a little boost of MSG. Can't have things too healthy. Good shit though, I improvised a little bit around the recipe.. but fuck knows what went in there. Extra herbs and shit.. Gonna be growing my own collection of mushrooms soon, shiitake, portobellos and oysters, so I'll be revisiting this with my homegrowns.
