Hello, yepp, it's always fascinating how nature quiets before the storm kicks in. All the birds stop yelling etc. and even if you wouldn't know anything about the sky and the other signs, you would know that there's 'something in the air' at that moment. Ughugh I know exactly what you mean...we've had a couple of fake outs this summer, where the air is so freakin thick and saturated you're just sure it will storm and provide some relief...and then the storm clouds just roll away and the air still has that gross saturated feel.
