Most of the time it is best to say what you want. Online though I just type compliments. Any of the females I would want that with are probably hundreds of miles away and have boyfriends. So what's the point.
birthday brunch on saturday.... my eyes were all puffy from drinking red wine the night before............ I have diagnosed myself as a person who has an allergy to the sulfites in wine. It may or may not be true.
My boyfriend swears by L-carnitine supplements. I'm a bit skeptical of the supplement industry as a whole. My suspicion is that you can get anything you might need from a good diet. I had a doctor tell me one that average Americans are so overnurished that most supplements are a waste of time/money. There are exceptions to this rule, but I think I mostly agree. What do you take that you feel works best?
Eating a healthy diet certainly helps, but I feel supplementation only optimizes an already healthy diet. And there are certain things even a healthy diet doesn't provide, especially when so many people are eating foods that are genetically modified and a product of factory farming and mass production. I think all the supplements I take are beneficial to me. I also feel that most doctors are arrogant and brainwashed when it comes to vitamins and supplements. Yet so many of them are eager to immediately prescribe dangerous drugs like statins in the name of combating "high cholesterol." Meanwhile, few doctors have the slightest clue when it comes to proper nutrition. I have little faith in what most doctors tell me.
