My name is Theresa and on Thursday a week and a half ago, I took some form of rc with me friend. We split one little square in half. Now we've taken the same stuff (so we think because it was from the same guy) and to activate this rc's trip, we had to smoke some bud. After having the rc in our mouths for an hour and a half with hardly any trip happening, me and my friend smoked and were instantly tripping dick. After 12 hours the trip was pretty much finished. There was only an afterglow effect where I could still see faint patterns in everything and shadows were still slightly morphing and things were slightly disorted. The only problem is that the things i saw in this afterglow I am still seeing a week and a half later...Does anybody know what kinda shit i took? will i ever stop seeing all these patterns and morphing things???
Given the after effects, I'd suspect an NBOME chem, however the two that I'm familiar with (25i-NBOME, 25c-NBOME) don't last 12 hours. (But I haven't smoked weed on them) These chems have a notably bitter taste too.
Im still not exactly sure what i took was but im more than convinced i have hallucinogen persisting perception disorder. does anyone know about that and if ill ever get better??
A good suggestion if the person wants to trip. The OP is looking to stop the trip. Yes with time HPPD can get better. But there are people on this forum who still have some effects years later although they tripped often. Usually people need to trip consistently to get it but with these new RC's they are very strong antagonists of brain receptors. So it will hit you harder then LSD or a traditional psychedelic. We really do not know much about these new chemicals so they could have worse side effects then LSD. NBOME only exists because a safer analogue of it was made illegal and it has really only been popular for a few years max. It does not sound like you got LSD, and probably NBOME. The best thing you can do is just stop taking any psychedelic for a while. In my opinion you do have a good chance of the HPPD symptoms stopping but I am no doctor and as I said no one really knows anything about it right now. With a drug as strong as NBOME you may need a few weeks to come down. There are many cases of large doses of LSD doing this. And with NBOME many of the people laying blotter are making it very strong you could have easily gotten a big dose.
