Raw edge Applique (machine)

    Do not ride bikes while wearing in bellbottoms or skirts, but if you did and have got proof this is an easy way to fix it.

    These are fisherman pants that got caught in the spokes of a bike~

    Find some fabrics that will match or contrast the fabric in the pants and cute em into sqaures or what-not. Lay them out on the hole to be patched just to get an idea of what you want it to look like~

    Find a nifty color of thread to put in your machine (you can change colors to each patch if you want) and use a stitch you like, zigzag, straight or decorative work well) and stitch the patch on being sure to keep the hole in the same positition all teh way around.

    Add each square on changing thread and/or stitch settings~

    After each sqaure is stitched on you can go over it with a straight stitch to create different textures and designs~
