You be the judge. This was a claim made in court by a 25-year-old female against a 38-year-old male. This is a scenario that can be reproduced by a man and a woman in order to determine if the claim was real or a falsehood. The testimony: "I went over to this man's home on second date. I went up with him to his room, and he offered me a massage. I got undressed completely and laid face-down his bed. During the massage, somehow he removed all his clothes and jumped on my back as I laid face down on the bed. He put his hands over my arms so I could not move them, then as he laid on top of me he forced my body into the bed with his weight and suddenly, with no pain, fully entered my vagina with his penis." That was the synopsis of the testimony. The question is, without the buttocks being raised off the bed, and with the legs being spread enough for the male to lie in between the legs, could an average male just be able to jump on top of a woman and make an accurate penetration into her vagina, fully penetrating her, hands-free, from that described position? Can anyone duplicate this feat with their partner?

yes....with ease....I am not commenting on anything other than it would be easy to bang a girl from behind using the jab as a way to easily slide into a wet vagina...some of us have something to aim with

You don't mention if lube played a role. If it did, then yes for sure it could happen like that (IMO). Without lube, not sure - but I couldn't simply rule it out.

I've been a juror on a rape case and i can tell you is not easy. There are many factors to consider with rape but the most important is consent. Although getting fully naked on a bed isn't the smartest thing she could do that doesn't give him permission to hold her down and have sex with her. As far as the actual act being possible. ..yes I belive it is possible.

I really should clarify: its not that I doubt their scenario could happen. It probably *has* happened (or some very similar variation--many times!!) and it *is* rape if it did.
