There is no "best rapper", rapping has too much variety. It's all about what you wanna listen to. I personally like Gucci mane the most though, he's the realest rapper alive. Everyone else is pretty much fake and got out of the dope game a long time ago. Gucci's still selling his key's and still shooting people up. Lol Jeezy put 15 grand on Gucci's chain and the people who went to rob him are all dead.

My version of high quality music will be different than yours, so there's no need to fight over who is really the "best" because there is no such thing as "best" when it comes to rap.
