Rap Catchphrases Have Gone Way Downhill Lately

"Going H.A.M." is one of the newer rap music catch phrases, have you heard it? H.A.M. stands for Hard As A Motherfucker. It's so dumb. When I first heard the Kanye West song I didn't think much of it and never imagined it would become a catchphrase. I'm going HAM. So dumb. I'm not big into much rap music, but every now and then there would be a few good songs that came out and some clever catchphrases that would become popular for a short while. And I kind of miss the old ones. Will Smith's Gettin' Jiggy With It was a clever catch phrase. Snoop Dogg's Izzle fo' Shizzle talk was clever while it lasted. I can't wait 'til Going HAM dies off.

I was kidding, of course. No doubt most mainstream rap, or "hip hop" as it is now called, is absolute garbage, while most of the good stuff goes ignored by the majority of the public.
