there's so much static in this blanket. i touched my computer case and a big spark shot out of my finger and was real loud. i figured out that if i sorta sit down and roll back and forth sorta as if im sitting up and down over and over each time rubbing my arms against the blanket and my back and then go touch the case i can shoot visible sparks in a lit room!!! loud too, but it doesn't really hurt that much. the case is grounded but that would probably fry some electronics if you touched them directly with that much static.

 

increase the humidity..

 

Long time ago, back in the 286 days, I touched my monitor and static electricity shot out of my finger and shut the whole system down... Luckily it did restart.

 

that big spark just now easily had to have built up to a few thousand volts, it was loud and bright, like miniscule lightning.

 

liar liar pants on fire.....

 

With a 1000v lightning spark flying out of his finger this is likely...

 

I accidentally shock people all the time. High electricity

 

There is some weird photo on Bing today's home page...makes my skin crawl.

 

I never go to Bing....
