there was a crazy chick rollerblading down a main road today on my way home from town...

keep in mind we had a good snowstorm last night...who the hell rollerblades in traffic in the winter?...freaking retard


im sure it on my dashcam but im too lazy to go find that clip and find a way to upload it

 

I was driving the other day and say someone jogging on the interstate. What the fuck?

Also, a few weeks ago I saw an old man driving the wrong way on a main road. Also what the fuck. But a bigger wtf because I had to swerve into another lane to avoid him.

 

What do you even do?

I applied for a lot of jobs. I have a list: Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Panama, Tanzania, Kenya, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, China, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Romania, Poland and Serbia.

But I got an offer from Tanzania first. I'll sign the contract tomorrow.

I want to do some hiking and safaris and charity work. And also have a full time maid again.

 

Nice that you have an offer from some where you do want to go. New places and adventures.

Didn't see this until just now.

Mine cost a little over $1200... Not saying that's not a ripoff, but that's what they cost.

I got a "deal" on mine because the first one I got never did run and they let me trade up to the next larger for the same cost. The only time the new one didn't start it was -12f degrees out, so there is that, it's a nice machine. I wouldn't be able to generate enough firewood to heat this place with one of the small ones.

 

the Walmart one is only 1 direction...a brand new 2 direction 20 ton...like the one I borrowed...is well over 2 grand new...close to 3 with tax

when that blade is splitting going in both directions it makes a big difference

 

Got a call from amnesty international to come into action against the death sentence of a 15 year old iranian guy. If nothing changes he will be executed on 28 nov....
Visited amnesty's website where they urge the reader to call to the iranian embassy in my country (with directions what to day). Now i feel obliged... small effort i guess.

 

They never called me before for anything like this btw. Usually it is to answer some poll or ask for full support through membership and stuff like that.

 

Raining here today....My brother is out shopping for things he needs to take back to NYC. I will go for the next half of his shopping in a little while.....I am going to get another tube of oil paint at Michaels today....50 percent off today. I need a big yellow tube of oil paint......My neighbor's husband is having a birthday party next weekend......and i am going to inconspiculously take photos of the front of their house and make him a big watercolor painting of his house this week as his birthday present. an oil would not dry in time....I may combine acrylics into the watercolor, as white does not really show in watercolors that well....and his house is white.....
My brother leaves tomorrow morning....

I have to make a trip to Michael's today. Last weekend when I bought cemetery flowers they left my 3 styrofoam cones out of the bag. It's a long trip for less than $10 but it's the principle. It makes me mad.

 

Did you get a coupon in your newspaper for 50 percent off any item? We got two coupons here, so i bought two shades of oil big tubes of Windsor and Newton oil paint....Naples yellow and a little brighter yellow called cadmium. I use yellow alot.......my brother paid for one and I the other, so i got two for one deal when all was said and done....I did give my brother the money to pay for the other tube....but it was a limit of one coupon per customer.....


i watched the new heavy weight win tonight with my brother. that was exciting.....to see....the upset.

 

ooh.. talking about Windsor oils. I haven't painted in months. I should do that.

 

When I went last weekend all the flowers I got were on sale 1/2 off. I got one of the styrofoam cones for 1/2 off too.

I don't pay full price at Michael's. They are pretty good about having coupons and sales.


I know the painting of the house front is going to be awesome and loved.

 

Thanks Aeri and Piaf......I finally took photos of their house, and was able to start building the painting tonight.....Here is the foundation or bones of the painting. i will be working the next few days to add the frosting and will show the painting when it is done then.......

This is one way to paint....blocking in the shapes.....and then building on that.......or just going in there with brushes and painting first instincts..... I decided to go for the building method with this painting, as I want the finished product to look as close to their house as possible...Already, it is their house.....so I am happy with the bones of this painting so far.....just do not feel like working on it any more tonight.....


but I think it will be nice when I am done with it.....by Sunday....deadline....lol




Also, it looks like it will be all in water colors, afterall....
