I would, Shale seems to be an interesting guy. It would be fun to meet for a beer or a mug of coffee. But Duesseldorf is another 2.5 hour train ride from where I'm now. You can only go so far by train before you break .

thank you. The image is blurred, because I shot it through a dirty window pane. See the transmitter mast at the horizon, about 1/3 from the right edge of the pic? Not the one with the platform at the far right end, the other one. The point where I took the photo and the mast are, both, on hills. Inbetween is a small valley with the city, you can't see it because of the trees in the front. My hotel is a 20 minutes long walk from that transmitter mast down in the valley. I walked from the point where I took the photo to the hotel, took me nearly an hour . Now it's time for dinner .

if you look up the city of Cologne on a map and then go to the east for 100km or so, you will hit the highland. What you see in the picture above are the first mountain slopes of that area.

Parenting.

 

I would hate to use a computer like that! Seems like easy parenting.

If the parents are around there is little need to combine the exercise thing and computer. Or is this what they call 'being economically with your time'

I'm so glad I am not a parent!

Macedonia and Serbia are out of control.
Good times are coming, oh yeah.
Slovakia and Czech Republic will only accept Christian refugees and immigrants.
Not entirely okay, but also very understandable.

it depends. It's yummy because that's all I have at the moment. It's not a bargain, two of the wieners go for 3.50EUR and there was only one pack in the fridge. The beer is cheaper, only 2.80EUR. I think this will be a very unbalanced dinner.
