There was a dog restaurant below my apartment when I lived in China. I ate there a few times until my wife explained that they basically torture the animals before they kill them because adrenaline heightens the taste.

I'm all about the camel burgers now, though.

Time to tweak a painting, before it is is 6 am here, and that it will be if I sit here any longer...hours go by quickly here....too quickly.....as much as I want to stay here now..... :bigcry:

 

chines spammer is gone. it didnt actually look that mich like chinese but idk what else it could have been that looks like that.

i kinda wish i could read chinese, i wouldnt wanna have to type it though. i can type a bit over 70wpm if its regular english, but only 30 something wpm if theres a lot of puntuation such as source code cuz my fingers are short, those keys are all the absolute furthest keys away from home row. im also afraid of making a typo by going fast, with code it might not be as immediately obvious where the typo is and way more disastrous and finding unmatched braces or parentheses can be a real nightmare of a headache.

im actually starting to lose the letters on my keys, for example the E, C, and S keys are mostly just blank keys now, and the L, N, M keys are gonna be gone soon probably. doesnt matter though, all of the keys actually work even though this keyboard is from the 90's. real good keyboard though, way better than most leyboards today except the really expensive ones that tey to emukate the oldschool keyboards.

Your keyboard looks way cool, but you mdae some typos in your post. I always make typos....I am not the best typer and do not type as fast as you.
When I try to type fast....there are the typos.
Do those Chinese figures come on a keyboard? they are not on mine.

Not to be be morose, but I am worried about Champy, too...He is just sitting there while all of the other dogs are sleeping. He goes down for practically nothing now...He went down two times yesterday right in a row, and today, a few times, and I really do not know how much longer he has....
but he has surprised me before and bounced back...but he is getting so thin and his body feels so weak to me lately.....not the strong body he used to have.
It makes me very sad.

 

yeah, i typed that on my iPad (and this) ... not on that keyboard. i always make more typos on tablets and phones. i turned off autocorrect because usually people have a better chance of understanding a few typos than when the entire word gets switched for a different one altogether.

a while back i was trying to search for something on wikipedia that involved an acronym; autocorrect WOULD NOT let me type it, therefore i could not look that word up so i had to turn that feature off.

u can usually tell if im on a phone or tablet by my lack of capitalization.

 

auto correct stinks. I don't like it.

one missing ) in a source file can give like 50 syntax errors ... and the worst part is that all of them are lies. when that happens i usually curse at the computer. usually its not from typing too fast though, usually from writing something on one one line then deciding to jump to a different line and change something there. when i go back to the line i was on and finish it sometimes by that time ive forgotten how many pairs of nested parentheses there should be and leave one off. kills ur momentum when you have to go hunt for a missing parentheses and when you find it youve done forgotten what you were supposed to be doing.

you might compare it to misplacing your keys, u really need to go do something but your not goin anywhere until you find them even if it takes all day.

there are over 4000 chinese symbols you must learn to be literate in chinese but you can get by knowing less
