Is there a word for when your brain automatically fills in a missing word of a sentence? An example would be an edited song on the radio that you hear the curse words in, almost auditory hallucination level clear. Is there a specific word for this, akin to something like deja vu? I've been doing that a lot lately, also hearing peoples' words come out of their mouth before they've actually said them.

Well, then, happy Canada day to the Canadians, but it is July 1 here.

In the midst of a lightening storm here today, so I am staying clear of machines, such as the computer, as much as I can right now.
There is a lull right now with rain falling.
The earth needs a drink, so I am happy about it.

Often you don't know when you're given bad advice until after it's too late. Can't trust the experts either; they are the most deceptive.

Let me rephrase. You can't always trust the experts.

Has there ever been a time when the experts gave you bad advice, or flat out lied to you?

That makes me want to have sex with a robot for some reason. [IMG]

edit: Also, can we have a community art thread where anyone can post projects they're working on? I don't want to create a thread just for my stuff, because it's far and few between and mostly consists of doodles.

I don't know. Try the "art" forum. There might be a thread like that, or you could make one :)

That sounds already better, wish you made a custom of that :)

'the experts' though sounds like they're all connected or the same or something (I'm sure you don't mean it like that ;)), surely being an expert doesn't make one 100% trustworthy just because. But yeah, you worded it so off that it was simply not true anymore. When talking about a specific field of expertise I rather trust an experts opinion on it than some deluded smartypants who thinks he knows better because he spends a lot of time on the internet.
