There is a company, Cant remember what there name is but they make cheaper lenses that fit Nikon camera's, i'll check it up tomorrow for you but they are great value.
value yea but the quality is low if its the 1 i think they make knockoff cameras too, very cheaply but never heared anything good bout the quality almost fell for it myself saw 1 for like 125$ that looked identicle to a 1000$ camera, even matchuing features and all but the optics especialy were really low quality. not sure its the same company though.. just, do lil research read reviews ,,
thanks for all the tips and advice! Just waitin for my tax return check and Im gonna buy me a new camera!!!!! Woooop woooop! Im so excited. I used to have an old school Canon something or other that a friend gave me. I looooooved it! It took the happiest pics. While on a road trip I left it on the roof of the truck at a look out point on the coast....and it flew off the hood, down a cliff, into the pacific ocean. I cried the rest of the way home I had some of the coolest pics on there!!!!! It still brings a tear to my eye.
Not the camera's SE, the lenses, you can buy new ones from a different company, good quality too just cheaper

pretty much any lense will fit my sony. I had an old 35mm minolta and a pentax and both lenses fit the sony I just tried... Sweet! I'm going to get a tripod soon because I'm itching to catch some night shots of the skyline off my balcony
got the name of the cheaper nikon lenses, its Sigma, im sure there are others i just know from experience that those are good
Yeah, we still have quite a bit of snow. It was sunny, but freezing cold today. Made for some nice pics though. I really like that shed too. I think I'm going to go back to it and take pics in a different light, first thing in the morning, and try to capture the texure of the wall.
It's not auto focus, its auto exposure and F.stop if you want to use it, can be quite useful when taking pictures of yourself but the focus is still manual
Maybe I'm still learning camera jargon, but my camera user manual states: Focus can be adjusted automatically or manually. The user can also select the focus area for automatic or manual focus or use the focus lock to focus to recompose photographs after focusing. Is there something I'm missing or don't understand? I'm pretty new to the whole SLS world, so any advice, info or tips would be greatly appreciated.
