Random Facts XXXIV

Random thought for the weekend:
I have been to a lot of places, but I have never been in Cahoots. Apparently you can't go there alone. You have to be in Cahoots with someone. I've also never been in Cognito, either. I hear no one recognizes you there. I have however, been in Sane. They don't have an airport, you have to be driven there. I've made several trips and am planning one in the near future!!

 

i have a weird headache and Im thinking subways food caused it.. I should of known better was hungry though,. Them fuckers really dont care about salt content and giving you true facts about their food..
of course they have to add salt to the fucking chicken to make it last longer...

 

subway made me sick quite a few years ago...i never went back

I cant stand onions and I think the have a slicer machine that they ran onions through and then the lettuce without washing off the onion juice...I puked even

yeah that pisses me off too, Can always taste the onions and I dont like it myself. On rare occasions, I like onions but not very often.

My right leg is totally asleep right now and I need to go to the pottie....

 

i went running 3 miles thursday. first time i been running in 3 or 4 years. rode my bike 42 miles friday and ran two miles today. running thursday made my legs, mostly my shins, really sore. i never been that sore from running before. cycling and running definitely use different muscles. i had nice runners high thursday night though.. i get so high on endorphins when i'm falling to sleep.

 

I believe they refer to that condition as shin splints.....

 

im alright. i ran fine tonight. some soreness is a good thing..
