the longest my hair ever got it was down to my knees, that was in like 6th grade. until i got it in my head i was gonna be my own personal stylist and lopped it off up to my shoulders..... my mom was none to happy about that. i actually didnt do too bad tho

 

Sorry "Squirrel Boi", But As Of Tomorrow 11th, My Dreads Are 23 Months Old....

The Longest *at the back* Being 6 inches Below My Shoulder Line....

RF: I was walking to my door the other day with some groceries when I happened to look down and saw my favorite grackle (a kind of black bird who btw I've named 'Hoppy') standing in the grass next to the sidewalk looking up at me.

She was so close I could have knelt down and petted her, but I'm sure she would have flown off if I tried. I've never had any wild bird so close to me before. She must be so used to me walking by her little browsing area in the yard that she didn't fear me.

I call her Hoppy because she's missing a foot and hops along the sidewalk. But in the grass she walks pretty normal looking.

 

silly cardinal landed on my shoulder about a week ago.. i think it knows im the one that puts the dog food out.. they love that stuff..

 

i raised a baby robin from hatchling to .... uh flying away age?

i didnt really know how to teach it to fly but it kinda learned on it own.
i would stand out side and he would fly to the top of my roof and back down a few times then he would start flying around the yard until finally one day he didnt come back.

 

I saw a green parakeet in the Az. desert once. Must have escaped from a cage. It looked well. Chirping right along in it's mesquite tree.

 

when I was a kid, had the same thing happen. For a while the bird come back to me and then one day it did not... :love:

 

there is 3 baby robins on the ledge right above the window where people order food at my friends chip shack...we watch mom regurgitate worms and drop them in the babies mouths

its very cool to see

 

im pretty sure he still came around since we had birdfeeders outside i was never 100% sure tho. i like to think he did

 

I had a worm regurgitate in my mouth last night.. how about you glen?/
