yeah. its iron handles on the backside the stairs , its more a school gym set up than rocks,. lol we just use our imagination. Some edging with narrow board up the walls in different places, but missing some til I get more wood, you can chimney climb still in them places but nothing hard on the wall, only wall , in some places you are low to the steps. but you get to the top its 18ft. or 16. I cant remember. its up there.

haaaaaaaaaaaaaa ahahahaha.. pretty darn close, This is how I first got the idea. there was a hole mid way up and you could put your foot in it, stand on the railing and touch the ceiling going to an attic . Thats what makes it very tall. I though to add plywood and handles to grab onto. Ive been adding scrap wood mostly .. my bungie thing it broke last week .. I likes hanging on it with my hands climbing up and pulling down, It gave least a a foot pulling on it down. I liked the exercise it was better than my pully gym . probably cause I made it. I think I was trying to break them anyways. they wouldnt when I first set it up cause the the holes in the bungies for the S hooks were new, I took and put unthreaded bolts in them. I knew they would give over time. Then I added rope.. Give me some rope man..

Its final dry enough to ride my bike, rode it for an hour yesterday. A little sore today. But I plan on riding it again today... Going to mow the yard after lunch today...

My back id really hurting right now It better not go out in Vegas like the last time I have these patches the doctor gave me. They last up to 12 hours. So I will take them with me, and the heating pad I plan to bring also. Along with my muscle relaxers and Advil. I plan on smoking a bowl before we leave. So my back will be good in the car ride down to the airport

 

I'm trying to convince my sister to be my assisstant cross-country coach. She has three kids 1,3 and 5, but I think they would be good entertainment for the team during practice. :d
