    well my phsical theripist thinks my dizzy spells are getting some what better. she thinks in about 3 weeks I should be back to the gym :) I can't wait to get some buds shots tomorrow night

    I'm making a 4 hour delivery up north tonight. Hopefully, I can jam the piece into the SUV so I can jam to music the whole trip.
