I bought some jerky once from michigan...

the stuff I make was way better

I had to throw most of the michigan stuff out because it got moldy

I was in a band called Decon.. i swear they was all ex convicts.. This was a long long time ago though..

 

i cant eat store jerky any more...ever since i had fresh made smoked jerky...the fresh stuff is more chewable and softer.....i wanna buy a smoker bbq to make it with

I dont smoke mine..I just use liquid smoke as part of the cure ...I mix the liquid smoke ...hot sauces...spices..and some prague powder or whatever they call it curing salt and let it soak in that for a day or two before using my dehydrator to dry it....

I use eye of round roasts when they go on sale

random fact...another...i like to pull up google street views of places i see on tv in various drug shows and crime shows such as border cities betweev us and mexico .....also street walkers in hooker areas and the red light districts in amsterdam,crack areas in LA etc etc

I found out too the my wifes friends her kid went to beiber last night said the parents next to them were total assholes, Complaining about her kid screaming. I would of been in a fist fight. this is a concert telling my kid to keep it down.. WTF!!
