What do I need to eat to get warm? I've been cold all day. It occurred to me that I might have a fever. I checked my temperature; it was only 98F so I am actually a little on the cold side of normal. I have eaten as I normally do. I'm not hungry but I would eat something right now if I thought it would get me warm.

It must be the pressure over the ohio valley, Ive been chilly all day. wtf.. I even turn my heat up to 76 the highest its been on all winter,.. The fact that its only 30F outside makes me wonder, that isnt really cold..

 

I probably need to get my blood moving but damn I don't want to get all wide awake with exercise this late at night; or I can half scald my skin off in a shower before bed. I hate trying to go to sleep when I'm cold.

 

I had the grandkids all weekend, So my weekend wasn't very peaceful...

 

I went to an organic cafe.. Bought my spinach borek, then walked out... One of the shop guys came running after me, calling me... Then I went back to collect the coffee I had paid for, before trying to push a pull door.

It better be a good coffee.

It's never good coffee unless you are grinding your own beans......

Most of the time I'd agree with you.

 

there are plenty of places to get a good coffee without grinding beans.....

driving down the trail in the winter in my truck is so fun...smashing through these overhangs of snow on branches

 

I rarely risk going out my front door in the morning before I've had coffee - the results could be disastrous.
