Years ago when I'd take Doan's back pills my pee would turn green. I've never eaten enough beets to do anything. When I was in elementary school they'd make us eat all our food so I had to eat beets then, but none since.

If a person's kidneys are not working right, their pee also turns more toward brown. That's never a good thing.

i'm lucky i didnt fuck my liver up at one point in my use of druuuuuuuuugs.. luckily livers are pretty damn tough and can heal themselves unlike any other organ

 

I might get a kitty next week. it'll be my first kitty... Im used to dogs more.. But I dunno.. Friends dad is trying to give them away.. So I'm like ... Hmmmmm.. Maybe.

I deleted a bunch of old pics from fb today.. Just cause I feel like my life ain't like that anymore.. And I don't talk to ppl in those pics anymore.. Ya know.. I'm finally letting go of the past.. lol.. And moving onnn.

the largest flock of geese ive ever seen flew over the island today....had to be many thousands of birds....took well over 5 minutes for all of them to fly by

it was so big I heard them long before I could se them

 

Nice! I love to hear the geese in the spring but in the fall it seems to have a more lonely sound to it.

i worked in the woodshop non stop for 6 hours and i got so much out of it. i can't read a book for more than 30 minutes or so even if its something i want to read.
