I have a particle filter and a uv filter everyone on this island has a filter of some kind.....never heard anyone complain about sourness?

Made in the 1920's by Marcel Breuer while a student at Bauhaus, a school in Germany where the main goal was basically to churn out students that would be a link between the old master craftsman and the new stamped out soulless machine made stuff. notice how its attractively and craftily made, yet could also easily be adapted to being manufactured. the school is responsible for tubular steel chairs, light globes, adjustable lamps, and more. the above is in the new york metropolitan museum of art.

also.. today was the first day in years i've tried to draw up some plans for anything artistic. i've got some good ideas. i want to machine a mold from cast iron and i can pour aluminum, and then once its cast do some heating and bending and come up with a really cool coat hook. a coat hook is not anything more than a thing, but its a start. then i also want to do some wooden molds that i can do cast pewter in. eventually i could do some lamps or something more composed. just gotta start somewhere.

sure did.. from engineering to architecture school. i've gotten a lot of flack about it, but i've also gotten a lot of support. i know its an immeasurably much better fit for me.

i really want to start making some stuff here at school. we've got tons of resources and not many people take advantage of them.

i haven't been working for 13 months now... loving it! i'm ruined now. my psychology professor said i would never ever ever be happy working a 9-5 job.

 

the rain is really starting to annoy me.

 

I love listening to the wind...never underestimate the damage it can do though

 

i have an old tree right next to my house so i am constantly reminded of the potential damage.

 

I had a beautifull tree...someone down the road has it now...and a fense panel!

 

i wish somebody would write all the unwritten rules in sports.
