Frickin' cold here today... Yesterdays storm found some new leaks in the roof. Dammit!

 

maybe saturated.. might not be a true leak,... roof tiles, shingles are only rated for so much water .. once they become saturated they may leak.. not something to really worry about unless ur in a saturation rain area.. dont think you are, just a thing that happens sometimes depending on angle of rain and amount..

 

No way! Where is it leaking?

We have been having a lot of rain the last week or so. Some of it really pouring down.

 

Antonio came out to find the leaks... Even though that was a rare wind/rain combination yesterday I do have a warranty for such things. These were brand new leaks too.

He found a couple of issues and fixed those. Should be good now...

i tell them hay is for horses and mothers like yours

 

i had to climb up on a roof this spring to fix a leak...it was a friends house and a former friend of mine did the shingles...but did a half -assed sealing job where it meeets one wall...i guess he figured no one would notice

he's not a friend anymore...he's the one i had to repo my truck back from for not making payments

i hope karma catches up to him

 

I had to go help an old lady out the public loo today..her husband was waiting out side..said she was there an hour! how long does a guy have to wait to ask someone!
she was ok

 

The weather was great while we were on vacation. Went to Atlantic Beach in North Carolina...
