I think it's a different rating system. In this case, I'm thinking the "G" probably stands for "Gay."

Speaking of hopping, my stepson left for Hawaii on Saturday to start a job on an island-hopper cruise ship.

We had drizzle this morning... not sure I would call it rain. It sure is cooler though. :2thumbsup:

 

Finally got around to sanding/staining my dry sink...put 2 coats of stain on today...gunna see how it sets tonight and see if it needs anymore coats.

I think I bought a shitty stain, though...the damn thing looks more like its painted brown rather than stained brown. It better look good tomorrow!

 

Back from doc. The sun is trying to come out. OMG it will get steamy as hell here.

Is it stain + finish, or just stain? Gunna sand it some more after it dries?

I used to do furniture finishing projects. I even built a few pieces of furniture and finished them.

Men get pretty excited over stuff you can do with balls and sticks.

im no woodworker but i always thought stain was supposed to be applied and then wiped off with a rag...then sealed
