8:00 last night my sister texts me can I pick you up so you can spend the night cause my nieces don't have school today too damn cold out. I am fucking sick right now normally I would no probe but my throat is itchy and sore I have a headache dizzy I wrote her back saying I was sick she never wrote me back I'm sure she is pissed if I'm sick I can't help it. its like last min out of the blue she expects everyone to drop of a hat. if I went over there all I would be doing is cleaning and I'm not up for that shit

 

if I was dying and my sister called I would drop everything and help her because I love my sister and she has it hard with a bunch of responsibility and kids etc.....my sister is generous to me and brings me places and feeds me and helps me with my problems

well, hallalejuh, one of my pugs pissed on a comforter I had on the fouton last night...and some got into the fouton itself...problem is, I cannot get the cover of the fouton off very easily, so i don't to wash it...but I need to at some point....I wondered who would piss on it first.
My last fouton...a cat pissed on it first and after awhile, it had to be gotten rid of....one psises on something and then the rest will follow suit.
I was so angry. i went to lay down and surprise, once again!

I use an "intermediate cold weather" army bag as one of mine. I only pull it over me when I get cold. Kinda sucks cuz it's a mummy bag

 

i have a nice woods down filled canvas blanket i use for winter work when i need to lay on the ground.....it keeps me warm and the snow/ice doesnt melt under it

its called a ranger blanket i think....same as those old sleeping bags that are good for -40c but its a blanket version no snaps or zippers

cost me $2 at the recycle center quite a few years ago...hard to believe someone tossed it out

i know id survive in -40 if i could dig a snow hole to get out of the wind....the ranger blanket would be small for me but if i had the equivalent sleeping bag it would be no problem...my dad has 2 i think 1 was my grandfathers...these things are canvas outside with wool liner and stuffed with down...very heavy

The new mummy bags are pretty amazing. They're really warm and still condense into a little ball. I've been wanting to go off into the forest and sleep overnight in one for some reason.

 

i always have dreams about bears chewing on me...so sleeping in the woods is never going to happen
