I can never remember when to use affect and effect, I actually write effect a lot at work and always wonder if it's the right one. If it's not I bet lots of people think I'm a dumb ass!
Hey there, Deadger, I think it's plain to see, we bought a cardboard casket and the worms have eaten me...
its not actually the flange that guides a flanged wheel but the fillet between the flange and the running face and to a degree the camber of the running face itself. the back of the flange running against a guard rail does however, prevent stubbing its toe on a frog.
I would like to be able to heat some water though... At the moment, I can't. (except on the stove but that hardly works for taking a shower)
I spent a happy evening scoping in the sights on my air-rifle. Got them nicely sorted, for a 3-inch grouping at 55 yards, which is just right for ratting.. [no squirrels,ori...I wouldn't do that, mate]
its ok shoot the squirrels if they are a nuisance.. or you want something good to eat. was just discussing hunting with the girlfriend. but its not so much about hunting rather getting some good fresh air and enjoying the woods..
Nah...I couldn't bring myself to shoot a squirrel,mate...just,no. Mind you-got 24 rats today! [26 shots though...must be losing my edge]
Mostly in the hay barns-it's starting to be cooler now,so they're burrowing into the bales. [it's one of the joys of having horses...the hay and straw has to be baled & stored....lucky moi]
