Random Facts Sunny-N-Warm Edition XLIII

Since I got one of those this afternoon, I'll for sure be up most of the night.

Too bad I don't want to "do stuff" (such as cleaning house, sewing, etc). Between the computer, a Steinbeck book I'm reading and the TV, I feel like I have lots of "stuff" to do. :sunny:

 

My afternoon nap was interrupted yesterday. :coffee:

 

Its a sunny, windy day. I just finished mopping my kitchen, bath and laundry room floors... I think that enough work for today don't you...LOL

 

^ YES! At this early hour, to have all that done, cgirl...I'm mightily impressed. :2thumbsup:


Here it is a nice sunny day after rain last night. It is still a bit wet outside, and you can almost see the flowers and budding trees growing.

Has anyone else ever heard that it is a bad sign for a bird to get trapped in your house?

During the recent family visiting from Cali, 1 bird got in the house...and after going through about the whole place and even briefly in a cat's mouth, he got out alive and well enough to fly away...eventually.

Another bird got what seemed to be trapped on the porch. He at long last managed to find his way out of an open door.

I also hope to teach it to a grandkid or 3+. My kid thinks at 29 yrs old he is too old for me to teach him anything. ha

 

i try to learn something new every day

is it really?.... a bird got trapped in my apartment a few months ago... i thought it was pretty neat though. it flew all the way to my bath room, i closed the door so i could take pics of it.. but then it started shitting .. so i was like.. agghh.. ok get out! lol

 

if you see the bird come in, then its bad luck if it fly's out another window..

same when bringing a shovel in the house. taking it thru the house in one door and out another is bad luck. Actually I think someone will die in the family..

if you didnt see what way the bird come in, then it dont matter what way he leaves..

 

da faq.. never heard of these before.. i heard of an open umbrella in the house being bad luck tho.. lol

im pretty sure it got in the same way it got out. i only had my one balcony door open... lol
