A friend of mine once did a pretty good painting while naked, under the influence of mushrooms. So ya never know :daisy:

I've been told if I "just find" a work-out routine I really like, I'll "stick with it forever." LOL

Up until less than a year ago, I was very physically active. It has been amazingly easy to get somewhat "laid-back" (?lazy?)

I'm 56. I'm finding my favorite routine is to take a cup of coffee, 2 firecrackers, the camera and walk out to the bench where I sit and watch birds come to 2 different places/feeders. Occasionally I take some good pictures...

 

that sounds... like an appropriate routine for someone of that age.. lol except for the firecrackers part.. :S
