I love small russet potatoes. I eat them a lot before work. I cut them up into small sizes, boil them, then put some cheese and chives on them. Just a giant plate of it. Its very good, healthy, keep me full for hours, and i never have to buy food at work.

They are also very very cheap!

What do you do for work? Technically....

 

I sit in a cubicle and answer a phone. And then I repeat the same things I've been repeating for years.

im a fan of crunches, pushups and pullups...as its a exercise that you take with you because gravity won't go away...pullups can be harder to find place to do...the benefits rock though!

 

If gizmo around theres always a place for pullups because he's always sporting a raging boner

 

Okay fine, if you're not gonna do phone sex...

In that case you should add triceps push-ups to your list. You put your hands on the arms of your chair, hold up your knees, and do reps raising yourself off the seat.
