Random Facts Here Comes The Summer Edition XLIV

HAhahahahha this is awesome.


On a sadder note, I went to the dogpark with my dog, a girl i've been hanging out with and her three dogs tonight. We lost one of her two dobermans. It just wandered off and and never came back. The park is a forest and we went around 5 times until 2 a.m. and we just never found her.

I hope someone picked her up and are waiting for the morning to call the SPCA. This is sad.

I hope you find the missing dog. It is such an awful feeling when they take off.

 

moms will be heading to the boyfriends tonight after work so I got a joint waiting for me I'm a little nervous about smoking it I hope it doesn't fall apart on me lol I'm still learning how to roll. The super moon is suppose to be out tonight and tomorrow night and it says it's going to be cloudy I hope not

 

I cant believe this. The girl just called me and the dog found its way back home and knocked on her door this morning at 7. The park is a good 10 minute ride from her house. As if this happened!

Anyways, all is well that ends well.

Glen sorry about the cats. I had a hell of a week too - just gotta keep on keepin'on.

That being said - what's this I hear about Orison leaving the forums? Thats crazy talk and cant be true!

 

Apparently it is true... I wasn't around when it happened so I don't know why.

OMG. That happened to us back in the 70's. Our dog Spectacles (Specs) took off on one of our hikes and came home the next day. It was probably about 5 miles. We never knew that he paid attention when we were driving to the woods but apparently he did. After he came back I kept thinking of all the busy roads he had to cross to get back to us. He never took off like that again though.

Dogs are amazing. She was worried about her 70 pound doberman being scared and alone in the woods. That I never worried about for a second. I was more worried about her getting hit by a car.

I do wonder if it's the watching the road that helps them or the smell...

I wish there was a camera on that dog last night and we could see all she went through. Must have been crazy. She was all dirty when she came home.

 

She is fixed right? or is there going to be a litter of Doberman/Everydamndogintheneighborhood puppies in your future.

 

I got my DNA info back. It turns out I have Jewish ancestry and Saami from Lapland in northern Scandanavia. I had no idea about the Jewish part.

 

I mailed my DNA once....almost got arrested

well today was a stinky day


first i burned some of beard from welding sparks...man does hair ever stink when it burns :ack2:

and now my nose tunnels smell like burned rubber from burning out the rest of my spring bushings :ack2:


i think the neighbours were mad...the smoke was going their way

 

I was more afraid of the cars also. I know my dog recognizes when we are going to one of her favorite places but I just can't picture her getting there all on her own, or getting back from there. When she is in the car one of the windows is always open so there could be a trail by scent. Who knows?

 

Cats, cows, and squirrels...Damn Critters.

Ill not be that gone. just not around as often I used to be.. sorry.. I wanted to make it easier on ya all. and just never come back. but I collected my messages, and people crying. I mean come on guys. Ill be ok.. better than me being miserable all the time posting. hah..
