Random fact: my man cooks really well too, wow! For dinner, he made awesome pork chops with roasted potatoes and a mind-blowing cheesecake. I'm such a lucky lady!

Had a warm sunny weekend here.... Did yardwork while hubby split more firewood...yuck!!! We haven't even had to fire up our woodstove yet...

 

been using mine steady since early october...I dont usually have to use it until hallowe'en

I am taking advantage of these nice days that are passing through lately

 

I've been using my stove steady too, but not today since we're having what's called a pineapple express. Warm and wet weather straight from Hawaii.

My grandma turns 96 today. Going to see her now.

 

my oldest friend is 85 and a half...I like listening to the stories she tells just as much as she likes telling them

 

My father's 88 and he still thinks he's the youngest in his street. I bought a printer, scanner, photocopier today and it's gonna take me months to suss out what it really can do!

my grampa escaped from minsk russia in earl 1900's and came to canada where he became a gambling milliner.

well, she was on a russian hit list and dad was on a japanese one so i am assuming they were on our side... any other scenario just wouldn't be cricket, what what!!!

Random Fact about myself: i don't know how to use technology to it's fullest advantage, but i want to, and it pisses me off that my mind just doesn't seem to work like that... just a little...

 

i can edit my posts...its a perk of longevity here...certain amounts of posts or membership allows more stuff

just cause there is a spot to fill in reason for edit doesnt mean ya gotta fill it in
