I just ate a massive BBQ'd t-bone steak with two cobs of corn for dinner.

 

I havnt had much to say lately...my spirit guide deanna keeps ditching me and i think she may be guiding some other guy

I ate a whole bag of cherries today and I refuse to feel guilty!

 

i know, right?.....and cherries are cheap right now...and strawberries...there is a strawberry war going on between the u.s. farmers and the ontario farmers as we speak...i buy the roadside ones off the hot girl on the high way

 

Hard to beat fresh fruits. I have been pigging out on cherries and blackberries for a couple of days now. I do not see myself stopping soon.

I can hardly wait for the veggies to be fresher.....wax beans with butter and pepper.

 

I thought for sure my wallet was stolen earlier today, but I just found it. Big relief.

 

I've started to feel quite shitty within the past 30 mins and I don't know why. I almost feel like I have to gag.

 

Sorry, lunar - I don't know if Old Doc Zengizmo can do a diagnosis from this distance...have you ever had any allergies? Did you eat anything in the hour or so before you started feeling shitty? Any other symptoms besides the urge to regurge?

 

A slight bout of diarrhea. Light-headed maybe. No to the above. I've felt sort of 'off' in general since this heat wave started on Tuesday. Perhaps I've just been dehydrated.

 

I put it back when I saw how empty it was.

Drinking water is always a good idea...I had a bit of a stomach flu last weekend with some diarrhea and stomach cramps - could be that same bug got to your area. I'm placing my bet on that likelihood.

 

Nice. I wish I had dougnuts. All I had was a crappy yogurt for dessert.

 

Feels like it. Now that you mention it, it came on the morning after Bluesfest, people were coughing all over me and blowing smoke in my face. lol

 

I think she's guiding a few DOZEN other guys as a matter of fact. Smart arse. :coffee:

I'm gettin' sleepy, didn't sleep to good last night...

 

I slept well last night for the first time in a while

also it rained a bit this afternoon but it felt so good I didnt care

 

it was way too hot at the sportsday yesterday... i sat in the shade and cheered and watched from there.... i want STORMS as i think the air needs to clear a little and i love thunder and lightening...
