I just ran into an old friend (not literally) and his new truck.

It's a Ford F350 King Ranch, four weel drive, four door with a lift kit, and at least 20" rims with monster truck tires.

First thing he said about it was: "It's a gas guzzler."

I was like... Noo, it looks pretty economical to me, lol.

It's an Eyed Click Beetle that I saw outside yesterday.



They actually look like this pic

 

Those bugs are cool...

 

One of my granddaughters decided to call him a skeleton bug because of those big skull looking "eyes".

 

lol .... That's one reason they are so cool.

 

I'd never seen one before. I thought those spots were his eyes.

 

Flip one over on it's back and you will find out why they are called click beetles...

And I can't stop myself from coming back to this forum.

I get up and walk away to do something I SHOULD be doing since I'm not going to bed anytime soon, but I keep returning to the computer. Specifically, this forum. I'm not even checking email or googling anything or writing something productive (not dissing the forum, lol!).

my stereo seems so un-loud today. after i got home from school this evening my head was still humming between the ears from the rhcp show last night. i'd have to say it was the loudest show i've been to. it kicked ass.

no, he took it off. that was about their second or third song. he was rocking a mustache and a fuckin awesome haircut.
