RF: I saw a huge meteor fly by early in the morning (4 am) last week as I was parking my truck.

It knifed through the atmosphere like a giant samurai sword tip at full swing.

It was so bright that it light up the sky a little, and so fast it was gone in less than half a second.

I sat there in my truck for a few seconds thinking that if it hit the ground it would be all over.

It didn't hit, but it scared me a little just thinking about what if it did.

It made me think of how vulnerable we really are here on this little planet.
