Twenty-two-year-old Michael Miller-Leibowitz was sentenced Tuesday to at least 15 months in prison. He pleaded no-contest to aggravated assault and driving under the influence in August.
Police say Miller-Leibowitz rammed a stranger's car three times in March, then followed him home and attacked him. The victim suffered a broken nose and bite wounds from Miller-Leibowitz's dog.
Lehigh County prosecutors say Miller-Leibowitz told police he was under the influence of PCP at the time.

Got an email and a phone call from an old high school friend today that I haven't heard from for 30+ years... His wife just died.
