...all tylenol 1,2,and 3s contain 15 mg of caffeine..........it is in there so you dont crash your car while on the pills or fall asleep with a baby in the tub...it is an old trick to tell your doctor that you are allergic to caffeine or it upsets your stomach and then you will get the good pills
