IKEA is 3 hours away. no fun going alone. we had a great time shopping. got a lot more than i wanted and spent a lot less than i planned! (the things i wanted can't be ordered - they were all in-store only items)

 

I was promised the trip last fall and he said he'd take me in March but we weren't able to go until today. We would have went even if I hadn't be naughty this morning... or last night...

 

I'm tired...

 

i bought some more steaks and tomatoes ...both are great on the barbecue

i have an ingrown toenail. i made a notch in the middle which is supposed to help.

im hitching a ride tomorrow up to a 17 mile trail system. this is also where the race will be next week.

3 different ball teams to keep up with for the grandkids - juggling rides, etc.- is like... crazy busy. It's 6 games a week plus practices. Thankfully, there are Sundays in a week. One of the teams still practices on Sundays sometimes but it doesn't involve me.

 

HOW MANY TIMES A YEAR DO YOU RACE

 

two so far, and 6 more this year. anywhere from 20 to over 100 miles.
